The challange was that with hundreds in their sales force in every region of the USA there was difficulty centralizing the sales culture and unifying the documentation and procedures. The solution was convoy-connect. A sales employee portal focused on organizing the self sufficient franchise base into a well oiled corporate culture. The result has been a 35% increase in efficiency and an upward trend in sales data. Features include multi-level authentication, graph reporting and custom field applications. This contract was full time from Feb 2015 to Dec 2019.
